The Best Vegan Cheese?
I recently went to the Indy Veg Fest and came across Beyond Better Foods. They have vegan cheese mixes that set my entire soul on fire. It was so bomb I had to make a quick post about it, and, I wanted to link you all to my YouTube video of me using it to make Cheese Fries.
Their cheeses come in powdered form and you just add hot water. I was skeptical of this at first being a black woman who comes from a family of scratch made everything; but, honey baby sweetieeeee it's the best damn vegan queso I've had to date.
