Spaghetti noodles and marinara sauce topped with grilled veggies and vegan ground beef.

Pasta Alla Carbonara

Vegan pasta carbonara prepared with vegan cream sauce and vegan bacon.

“Steak” and Potatoes

Seitan steak breast grilled and served with a side of vegan country style mashed potatoes and broccoli.

Spicy Cauliflower Linguine

Oven roasted cauliflower tossed with sautéed garlic and a red pepper infused olive oil. Served over linguine.

Chickpea Salad Sandwich

Mashed chickpeas folded in vegan mayo, mustard, seedless grapes, and spices.

Black Bean Burger

Homemade black bean burger made with fork mashed black beans, panko bread crumbs, roasted eggplant, garlic, and spices. Served with homemade sweet potato fries and a vegan “Chick-fil-a” Sauce.

Chocolate Cake

Vegan chocolate cake prepared with a beet puree base. Served with homemade vegan buttercream icing.

Fried Chick'n Wrap
